Tips to Improve Your Digestion

If you follow me at all on Facebook, you’ve probably noticed there’s been one resounding theme lately.

A topic nobody ever likes to talk about, but I have zero shame and will proudly chat about it.

We’ve been talking about poop.

Yeah, that’s right poop.

Not just poop specifically, but how our digestive systems may not be working as well as we’d like.

Do any of these digestion issues sound familiar?

My friend, Dr. Melanie Marr of Spruce Grove Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and I did a video on this very topic and she shares some tips on how to improve your digestive system right now.

A warning, I do have a couple of minor swears in the video, but we are talking about poop and digestion so if you are highly sensitive, you’ve been warned. I speak authentically and when you have a theme going called #💩HAPPENS, you know you’re going to say it!
